  • Maintain and organize all vehicle import-related documents systematically and accurately.
  • Record and update all vehicle import, extraction, receiving, and delivery transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documents including (DO/DL), (GRN), Stock Transfer Forms and other related documents.
  • Prepare required documentation for initial vehicle registration processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicle arrivals, sales status, and payment transfer transactions for relevant government organization.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock and logistics reports.
  • Must be able to visit the port, vehicle loading, unloading points and assist and cooperate of necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
  • 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Must be willing to learn.
