Logistics

• Ensure cost-effective and efficient nationwide transportation by coordination with logistics service providers.
• Oversee distribution networks and monitor lead times to ensure timely product delivery.
• Track delivery status to ensure on-time delivery to branch and distributors warehouse in good conditions.
• Source the logistics service provider to optimize logistics cost efficiency.
• Maintain logistics records and prepare transportation-related reports as required

Import

• Coordinate with the third-party service providers to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Follow up on shipment and customs clearance progress and report import-related issues when necessary.
• Source the third-party agency to optimize cost efficiency.
• Support to verify all import shipping documents and maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to importation. (if applicable)

Coordination

• Liaise effectively with cross-functional departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Visit relevant government offices when required.

Others

• Assist and provide the necessary reports if required.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company policy and government regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Import Manager.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestics logistics and import, preferably within the FMCG or F&B industry.
• Fluency in English is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
