Job Summary
Experienced Logistics Manager needed to plan, coordinate, and improve daily logistics operations for a leading food and beverage manufacturer in Hmawbi, Yangon. This role oversees fleet, 3PL partners, Odoo ERP processes, team performance, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop daily, weekly, and monthly logistics plans to support production, sales orders, and customer deliveries.
● Coordinate vehicle capacity, driver schedules, delivery routes, transport costs, and approved 3PL provider performance.
● Serve as the logistics process owner in Odoo, ensuring accurate receipts, transfers, pickings, deliveries, and returns.
● Implement SOPs, work instructions, and checklists for receiving, storage, picking, loading, dispatch, and returns.
● Maintain safety and company compliance standards, including FSSC 22000 requirements and operational controls.
● Lead, coach, and evaluate logistics staff by setting goals, assigning work, and managing shift coverage.
● Monitor budgets, delivery costs, productivity, waste, and empty trips to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives through 5S, visual management, and process standardization.

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
● 5–7 years of logistics, warehouse, transport, or distribution experience, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
● Strong background in manufacturing, FMCG, or food and beverage distribution is highly preferred.
● Practical knowledge of inventory control, warehouse layout, delivery planning, 3PL management, and SOPs.
● Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP/WMS systems is required.
● Good Excel and reporting skills; Power BI experience is an added advantage.
● Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operations environment.
● Ability to work in Hmawbi, Yangon, and manage multiple logistics priorities effectively.
