Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Tender & Sales Operations, including quotation, pricing, documentation, submission and contract coordination.
  • Oversee Procurement & Supply Chain activities, including PO, supplier coordination, shipment and delivery tracking.
  • Monitor Inventory & Supply Issues and ensure timely resolution of shortages, mismatches and back orders.
  • Drive operational accuracy, compliance and process efficiency across the function.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Suppliers and Senior Management to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage Odoo ERP processes and operational reports to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure proper handling of Import, Licensing, Customs and Government Documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated

  • Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management , business management or related fields.

  • Minimum over (5) years experiences in Supply Chain & Logistic field and over (3) years experinece in management fields.

  • Experience in construction machinery, Spare parts is more preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Package.

  • Experience in SAP System (SAP/Odoo) for ordering and tracking.

  • Good English skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
