- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and procurement of marine machinery, steel plates, propellers, and electrical goods.
- Supervise and mentor the procurement team while ensuring timely and accurate Purchase Orders.
- Resolve supplier quality, production, and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with Finance on payment terms and trade financing.
- Build and maintain a reliable network of Chinese and global suppliers, including backup sourcing plans.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, international trade practices, and procurement policies.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or Engineering.
- 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in heavy machinery, industrial parts, steel plates, or electrical infrastructure procurement.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, Myanmar customs clearance, international payment terms, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Able to review technical documents and willing to travel to China/overseas for supplier visits and factory inspections.
