Generator running, calculated monthly fuel consumption, daily check out generator fitness
- Air-con servicing and maintain all Air con, if need installation new air con
- Electrical: Manage all the electrical work and installation new electrical job such as ATS system, installation of stabilizer, Generator, Air-Con, Power supply, Wiring, Install Tranquil, elevator and scissor lift, Auto Main Gate Doors...etc....
- Water system: Manage all the Waste Water System Supply, but Hyundai use only auto system
- Procurement: purchase new air con, booster pump, ATS, stabilizer and other equipment contact with other company
- Maintain all the civil works like as tile, painting, renovation of the building, new civil project etc.
- Elevator: Monthly service the elevator and if need every time need to maintain when the elevator is false sign

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

- AGTI (EP) , B.E (EP ) or relevant degree holder
- Minimum 2 years experience in electrical and maintenance field
- Basic skill in English
- Can work at Shwe Pyi Thar (Thar Du Kan ) Industrial Zone
- If necessary, able to work over-time and ad hoc duty
- Good personality, honesty and reporting skill also
