Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on electric vehicles.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and high-voltage EV systems.
Use diagnostic scanners, software, multimeters, and specialized tools.
Conduct pre-repair and post-repair checks, including road tests.
Document repair procedures, fault findings, and replaced parts accurately.
Follow EV high-voltage safety rules, isolation steps, and PPE requirements.
Report complex technical issues to the Service/Technical Manager.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
Attend required technical training and certification programs.

Job Requirements (JR/JS)

Education: Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of automotive mechanical/electrical repair experience (EV/Hybrid experience preferred).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong troubleshooting skills in automotive electronics and mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of EV architecture, battery safety, and charging systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical repair manuals.
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
- Myanmar language required; basic technical English preferred.
Mandatory: Complete L1 Technical Training and comply with high-voltage safety protocols.
