A Good Opportunity for ..

Establish and manage the MNE team, including technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation protocols.
Recruit, train, and develop technical staff to support both KFC and YKKO brands.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for ACMV, sanitary systems, electrical, LV, and cold holds.
Monitor compliance and performance of preventive programs to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records using CMMS or equivalent systems.
Lead rapid response to urgent breakdowns and service interruptions.
Coordinate with restaurant managers to prioritize urgent repairs.
Ensure availability of spare parts and service contracts for critical systems.
Supervise contractors and vendors for specialized services.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
Optimize cost efficiency through preventive strategies and vendor negotiations.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and food industry compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance of KPIs.
Collaborate with Operations, Development, and Supply Chain teams for integrated support.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in F&B or retail.
Strong knowledge of ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & water supply, LV systems, and refrigeration.
Proven experience in team leadership and vendor management.
Familiarity with Myanmar regulatory requirements for building services.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
