Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations in a garment manufacturing environment in Thanlyin, Yangon. The role ensures reliable machinery performance, supports production efficiency, and drives safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all factory machinery and utilities.
● Ensure high-tech garment equipment operates efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.
● Lead maintenance teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational targets.
● Coordinate with production and HSE teams to support smooth workflow and safe operations.
● Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and implement effective long-term solutions.
● Manage spare parts, maintenance records, and documentation using MS Office tools.
● Support maintenance budgeting, vendor coordination, and negotiation for services and supplies.

● BE (EP), ME (EP) or a related field from a recognized institution.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the garment industry.
●  Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and Mechanical Maintenance.

● Understanding of Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance concepts.
● Proven leadership, team management, and staff motivation skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking abilities.
● Dynamic personality with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
