Responsible in actively execute trades normal trade and block trade of securities at Yangon Stock Exchange on behalf of corporate and individual clients. Investment advisory and consulting while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Well known about customer behavior and educated to customer for the account opening process details.
• Follow up the customer account not only individual walk in customers and online but also corporate and foreigners.
• Using TCS System and AWS System to check and key in updated information.
• Running the shareholder's statement when they’re requested and Shareholding Company once a month.
• Prepare the document letter for dividends, confirmations, governments’ bonds and bills.
• Deliver In and Out for governments’ bonds and bills in TCS System.
• Deal with the Finance team to follow up on customer deposit and cash withdrawal process in daily manner.
• Send update customer information data to Finance Department Weekly.
• Prepare the document file for NETT (transfer to other securities) and file for transferred shared to us.
• Manage the share deliver In and Out process.
• Collect the customers’ original IPO certificate, prepare for dematerialization process to Shareholding Company (FMI, MTSH, AMATA, FPB, EFR) and send to the YSX.
• After get the approval from YSX starts to process for dematerialization and delivery In and Out at the TCS System.
• Constraint Insider, Employees, Foreign Participation and necessary for clients from Head of Department.
• Generate Co-Owner Report for Shareholding company dividend, Shares Split and Bonus Shares.
• MAN file process, prepare necessary data for new listing company.
• Using IT report to check customer’s online trading agreement.
• Collect customers’ share certificates and do dematerialization with YSX.
• Prepare for the foreigner shares holding report and send to Deputy Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, good problem-solving attitude and decision-making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals.
• Preferably 3 years of operational excellency.
