  • Future Leader Development Program (FLP) is the Management Trainee Program that develop potential young generations to be leaders with multi-skills especially leadership, entrepreneurship and all-round learning.
  • Management Trainee will work as a team through real project management, learning through practical practices, freedom to plan and make decision, collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
  • 6 Months Program with full time onsite role located in Yangon and travel as required.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in any field.
  • Age must not be over 27 years old.

  • Outstanding leadership and communication skill.

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work well with team.

  • Strong analytical & problem solving abilities.

  • Excellent English proficiency.

  • Mobility to work in Myanmar is a must.
