• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Develop, document, and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor operational performance and improve workflow efficiency
• Handle emergency situations and support recovery operations when required
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain operations
• Handle service issues, operational incidents, and related follow-ups
• Liaise with government offices regarding operational and administrative matters
• Manage lease agreements and property-related administrative tasks
• Support fleet control and vehicle management (Cars & Motorcycles)
• Undertake additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

• Any Graduate with relevant Diploma/Certificate holders preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email
• Ability to lead teams and work proactively with initiative
⭐️ • Must be able to drive and manage operational vehicles effectively
• Able to manage ground operations and fleet operations effectively
⭐️ Candidates with Logistics, Cargo, Transportation, or Courier Service industry experience will be highly preferred.
