Job Summary
Experienced M&E Technician responsible for maintaining and supporting mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment in Nyaungshwe, Shan State. Ensure reliable operations, timely repairs, and safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities
● Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
● Diagnose faults, troubleshoot breakdowns, and restore equipment operation with minimal downtime.
● Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery, tools, and utility systems.
● Monitor plant performance and report technical issues, risks, and maintenance needs promptly.
● Follow HSE procedures, maintain safe work practices, and keep accurate maintenance records.

● Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
● Proven experience in M&E maintenance within manufacturing, industrial, or similar operations.
● Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems, motors, pumps, controls, and wiring.
● Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and basic electrical/mechanical schematics.
● Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and equipment reliability.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
● Willingness to work in Shan State and support operational needs as required.
