Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This person will specialize in producing high-quality content, managing social media platforms and assisting in marketing initiatives that promote our international school’s brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Writing
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and other school communication channels.
  • Develop creative ideas to showcase school programs, student life, and achievements.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Viber etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and track analytics for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for compelling visual content.
• Marketing Assistance
  • Support the Marketing Manager in implementing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and digital assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Myanmar language.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings/weekends for school events.
