British United College (BUC) is expanding our Marketing Team and looking for 3 energetic and results-driven Marketing Executives to join us.

1. Marketing Executive – Business Programmes

• Programme responsibilities:
• International Foundation Programme (IFP)
• Higher Diploma in Business
• BA (Hons) Business & Management

2. Marketing Executive – IT & Computing Programmes

• Programme responsibilities:
• International Foundation Programme (IFP)
• Higher Diploma in Infocomm Technology
• BSc (Hons) Computer Science
•  

3. Marketing Executive – Postgraduate Programmes

• Programme responsibilities:
• • International Foundation Programme (IFP)
• Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of marketing activities for assigned programmes
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase programme awareness and student enquiries
• Create campaign ideas and work closely with the Content, Design and Digital Marketing teams
• Promote programmes through online and offline marketing activities
• Plan programme-specific campaigns, events, seminars, school visits and promotional activities
• Understand the target audience and develop effective ways to reach prospective students
• Monitor competitor activities and education market trends
• Generate high-quality student enquiries and continuously improve enquiry performance
• Work closely with the Sales & Admissions Team to support student recruitment
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports
• Contribute towards programme intake and overall sales targets
• Support BUC’s overall branding and marketing activities

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• Experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing
• Creative and able to develop new campaign and content ideas
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to understand and market academic programmes effectively
• Data-driven and comfortable monitoring enquiry and campaign performance
• Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with Sales, Admissions and other teams

Performance Focus

This is not only a social media/content role.

Marketing Executives will be responsible for increasing awareness and generating qualified enquiries for their assigned programmes while working together with the Sales Team to achieve BUC’s student recruitment and intake targets.
