Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive is responsible for the effective execution and coordination of marketing activities, with a primary focus on offline marketing, dealer engagement, exhibitions, events, CSR initiatives, public relations, and marketing-related operational activities. The role ensures that assigned marketing programs are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate and execute assigned marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the implementation of marketing plans and initiatives in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign activities, timelines, and required deliverables.
2. Exhibition & Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage company participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Coordinate booth setup, branding materials, vendors, logistics, and event requirements.
- Ensure all event activities are executed according to approved plans and timelines.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event outcomes where required.
3. Dealer Engagement & Communication
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with dealers.
- Support dealer engagement activities, promotions, and marketing programs.
- Coordinate dealer-related marketing materials and requirements.
- Collect feedback and communicate relevant market information to the Marketing Manager.
4. CSR & Community Activities
- Coordinate and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Assist with planning, logistics, communication, and execution of CSR programs.
- Ensure CSR activities are properly documented for internal reporting and communication purposes.
5. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, production houses, and service providers.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate production, delivery, and service requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Maintain proper records of vendors, quotations, and marketing-related purchases.
6. Printing & Marketing Materials
- Coordinate the production of marketing and promotional materials.
- Manage printing requirements including brochures, banners, signage, POSM, event materials, and other branded items.
- Ensure materials meet approved brand standards and specifications.
- Coordinate delivery and distribution of completed materials.
7. Public Relations & Corporate Communication
- Support PR activities and maintain professional communication with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate press materials, corporate communications, announcements, and other PR-related activities when required.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and consistent corporate image across marketing activities.
8. Marketing Administration & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities, expenses, vendors, and project progress.
- Prepare regular activity updates and reports for the Corporate Marketing Manager.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, approvals, and follow-ups related to marketing activities.
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the Corporate Marketing Manager.
