1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual/ quarterly/ monthly marketing plans and budgets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and performance analytics to guide decisions.
  • Align marketing objectives with overall business goals.

2. Brand & Campaign Management

  • Oversee brand direction, product positioning, and creative consistency.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
  • Evaluate results and provide actionable insights for improvement.

3. Digital & Communication

  • Supervise content calendars, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Review and approve creative materials and paid media activities.
  • Track engagement and performance metrics.

4. Field Operations & Activation

  • Coordinate field activations, events, and promoter teams.
  • Ensure timely POSM deployment and trade marketing execution.
  • Monitor team performance and campaign quality on-ground.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate Assistant Manager, Executives, Admins, Designers, and Promoters.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Consolidate and report department performance to the Director.
