Create diverse marketing content across multiple platforms like social media, web channels, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
Promote campaigns and products by collaborating with relevant departments to utilize various channels (website, Facebook, service app, etc.).
Plan and execute SMS blast campaigns, coordinating with teams to finalize content, schedule, and secure approvals while resolving any conflicts.
Ensure message consistency and effectiveness by collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align with strategic goals.
Analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize content for maximum engagement.
