  • Create diverse marketing content across multiple platforms like social media, web channels, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
  • Promote campaigns and products by collaborating with relevant departments to utilize various channels (website, Facebook, service app, etc.).
  • Plan and execute SMS blast campaigns, coordinating with teams to finalize content, schedule, and secure approvals while resolving any conflicts.
  • Ensure message consistency and effectiveness by collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align with strategic goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize content for maximum engagement.

  • Excellent in English both verbal and written format
