•    Develop and execute student recruitment strategies aligned with monthly and quarterly intake goals.
•    Set and monitor sales targets for upcoming batches/courses and implement follow-up strategies.
•    Supervise and support the counseling/sales team to ensure effective conversion of leads to enrollments.
•    Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
•    Oversee the production and release of educational and promotional video content 
•    Identify and engage with local and international organizations for potential MOU and internship partnerships.
•    Represent the institution in meetings and networking events to build strategic collaborations.
•    Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to meet department objectives.
•    Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, enrollment progress, digital campaign performance, and partnership activities.
•    Report to MD

•    Any Graduated, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the education sector)

•    Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.)

•    Proven track record in hitting sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•    Ability to travel and represent the institution externally for partnership activities.
