User Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement end-to-end user acquisition strategies for mobile app sign-ups and active engagement.
Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and segmentation.
Plan multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, offline activations, referral programs) to maximize acquisition ROI
Demand Generation Campaigns
Own the end-to-end demand generation process, from campaign ideation to execution and optimization.
Develop, test, and scale campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, affiliate networks and other channels.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze KPIs such as installs, registrations, transaction frequency, and active users.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Integration
Work closely with Brand & Marcom, Product, Partnerships, and Loyalty teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets.
Manage relationships with external vendors, media agencies, and affiliates.
Growth & Retention Initiatives
Implement strategies to convert acquired users into loyal, active customers.
Plan campaigns to reactivate dormant users and increase transaction frequency.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset
Collaboration across cross-functional teams.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or demand generation roles.
Proven experience with performance marketing and digital campaigns in mobile apps or fintech.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.).
Hands-on experience with paid digital channels, referral programs, CRM, and campaign automation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of fintech or digital wallets is a strong advantage.
