Job Summary
A leading manufacturing company in Yangon is seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive brand growth, market visibility, and campaign performance. This managerial role will oversee marketing activities, support business objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market demand.
● Plan and manage campaigns across digital, print, and trade channels to increase reach.
● Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
● Work with sales and product teams to support launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
● Oversee marketing content, materials, and communication to ensure brand consistency.
● Track campaign results, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve performance.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership or managerial exposure.
● Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and campaign management.
● Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
● Ability to analyze market data and convert insights into practical marketing plans.
● Proficient in MS Office and common digital marketing tools.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
