Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activities.
Manage digital marketing, social media, content, and advertising campaigns.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales growth.
Conduct market and competitor analysis.
Develop partnerships and business development opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular management reports.
Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experiences in a managerial/supervisory role.
Experience in F&B, Retail, Pharmacy, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Results-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
Good English communication skills.
