• Develop and implement Branding & Product Marketing Strategies for Lighting & Electrical Products.
• Manage brand positioning, brand image and overall brand development activities.
• Develop and execute product marketing plans for existing and new products.
• Plan and coordinate new product launches, product promotions and marketing activities.
• Develop product positioning, key selling points, product information and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, product awareness and market presence.
• Plan and coordinate trade promotions, dealer activities and other product promotional programs.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support product marketing and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor brand and product performance and prepare regular marketing reports and analysis.
• Identify new market opportunities and recommend suitable branding and product marketing strategies.
 

 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Lighting, Electrical, Construction Materials or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Branding, Product Marketing and Trade Marketing.
• Good understanding of brand positioning, product positioning and market research.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Creative, analytical, proactive and result-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
