• Develop and execute monthly digital marketing plans for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
• Create K-beauty marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and testimonials.
• Monitor engagement, leads, conversions, and marketing performance.
• Manage paid ads, influencer collaborations, and brand ambassador partnerships.
• Develop creative campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new service promotions.
• Research Korean and global beauty trends and apply relevant strategies to Myanmar.
• Manage CRM, customer retention, membership sales, leads, walk-ins, re-bookings, reviews, and feedback.
• Supervise therapists and oversee daily spa operations and service quality.
• Monitor staff grooming, behavior, punctuality, performance, and customer service standards.
• Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor inventory usage and coordinate product delivery with the Korean supply team.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for the Founder & Co-Founder.
• Ensure marketing and operational goals are aligned.

• 1–2 years of experience in spa, beauty clinic, aesthetic center, or wellness industry.
• Management-level experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media branding.
• Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, and spa industry trends.
• Knowledge of skincare services and spa operations.
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across marketing and spa operations.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week.
• Probation: 3 months.
