Key Responsibilities

 Marketing Strategy & Budget: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets aligned with business and sales objectives.
 Brand Management: Strengthen and protect the brand’s luxury positioning, storytelling, craftsmanship, brand voice, and visual consistency across all channels.
 Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead social media, digital campaigns, website strategy, and paid advertising to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
 Campaigns & Product Launches: Manage end-to-end collection launches, seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, content production, and promotional activities.
 VIP & CRM Marketing: Develop clienteling strategies, private previews, exclusive campaigns, and events for VIP and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
 Events, PR & Partnerships: Manage jewellery fairs, brand events, strategic collaborations, PR activities, and partnerships with premium brands and organizations.
 Performance & ROI: Manage marketing budgets and monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, ROAS, lead generation, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.
 Team Leadership: Lead and develop Creative, Content, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver high-quality work and achieve business KPIs.
 Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Sales team to convert marketing activities into showroom visits, qualified leads, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; Master’s/MBA is an advantage.
 10-12 years of marketing experience, including at least 5-8 years in a managerial role.
 Experience in Luxury Retail, Jewellery, Fashion, Hospitality, Beauty, or Premium Lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
 Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, CRM, campaign management, and events.
 Strong commercial mindset with experience in budget management, performance analytics, ROI, and marketing KPIs.
 Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
 Excellent command of Myanmar and English, both written and spoken.
