  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for MEP systems based on drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to support procurement and tender processes.
  • Monitor and control MEP costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying variances and proposing cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with contract terms.
  • Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and variation assessments related to MEP works for management review.

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Able to read, understand, and explain technical documents and contracts.

  • Understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and their integration into construction projects.

  • Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract for MEP works.

  • Experience in real estate, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

  • Ability to collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost data and support decision-making.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quantity surveying software.

  • Good communication skills in English.
