• Provide or configure the connections for end-to-end user and inform customer• Operate for Network Monitoring, Manage Ticket, and feedback to Customer• Cooperate with other team, subcontractor and Outsource to solve problem• Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happen• Install and maintain transport equipment on network or customer sites• Provide network configuration to support network installation team• Ensure testing and service delivery to the customers• Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers

• Male or Female, Myanmar nationality, age not over 30 years• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer& Telecommunication• New graduated from Domestic and Overseas Institution are welcome• Excellence in spoken and written English• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel• Able to shift work (include Night time, Holidays and Weekend)• Analytical thinking skills• Ambitious & willing to work hard for achievement• The ability to contact and build up relationship.• Certified requirement: CCNA or equivalent or higher• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing Protocols.
