Role and Responsibilities
Testing and evaluation, primarily within field-test environment to qualify new software versions of Samsung LTE, 5G and UMTS mobile phones.
Ensuring quality meets global standard test procedures, Samsung’s internal QA requirements, and customer-specific feature/application test procedures.
Supporting in different types of inter-operability test for phones
Submit test reports on the results of the field test
Work closely with Headquarter and R&D to solve problems encountered with development handset
Drafting some new test procedures, reviewing test process
Other duties as assigned by management / direct supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field (Telecommunication, Computer, Electronics Engineering).
Knowledge of Agile testing methodology, mobile communication network protocol will be a bonus
Be dynamic, Proactive and self-motivated.
Reliable, organized and should be detail oriented with effective time management skill
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in multicultural environment.
Good verbal & written English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Prior experience in testing will be advantageous
