Supervise and execute O&M activities for Solar PV, BESS, and electrical systems.
Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot faults, and improve system reliability.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Maintain Solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, and BESS.
Lead site technicians and ensure safe, efficient maintenance activities.
Prepare operation, maintenance, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and electrical safety standards.
Manage spare parts and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and project teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical Power, Mechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of O&M experience, including 3+ years in Solar PV or Renewable Energy projects.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV, LV/MV systems, inverters, SCADA, transformers, and electrical protection.
Experience with BESS and EPC projects is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Willing to travel nationwide.
