  • Handle daily administrative tasks, manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain, organize, and update company files, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate schedules, and accurately record, draft and distribute meeting minutes for all official proceedings.
  • Greet and assist office visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Assist in translating documents or interpreting communication between Chinese-speaking management/clients and local teams (if applicable).
  • Ensure the office environment is kept tidy, and monitor office supplies/inventory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Fluent in English and Myanmar (Written & Spoken).
  • Chinese proficiency (HSK 4 or above, or fluent conversational/written skills) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities with a professional demeanor.
  • Must be flexible and available to travel for business/company purposes.
