  • Oversee Day to day operations of building.
  • Oversee routine and specialized property maintenance (repairs, renovations, upgrades).
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building standards.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
  • Manage property handovers and takeovers for smooth transitions.
  • Provide clear communication during emergencies or operational changes.
  • Monitor payments, prepare monthly payments for contractors and initiate action for defaults.
  • rack operating expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budget forecasts.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of building cooperation with relevant department.
  • Ad hoc jobs assigned by the line manager and indirect line manager.
