Identify training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and collaboration with managers and stakeholders.
Design and update training materials, modules, presentations, and e-learning content aligned with business needs.
Conduct engaging classroom, workshop, on-the-job, and online training for operations staff.
Develop and deliver effective onboarding programs for new operations team members.
Train employees on SOPs, best practices, processes, systems, software and other operational tools.
Ensure employees understand and follow company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards and operational procedures.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics and provide constructive feedback and identify improvement areas.
Review and update training programs to reflect changes in processes, technology and business requirements.
Work with subject matter experts, managers, and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, evaluations and performance results.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and stay current with industry trends, operational changes and emerging technologies.
