Record each item's product category, description, purchase cost, selling price and current location.
Record every stock movement, including purchases, sales, returns, repairs, and transfers.
Create and maintain a unique Product ID for every diamond and jewellery item.
Prepare stock transfer requests and documentation.
Monitor jewellery sent for repair, resizing, polishing or other services.
Track customer deposits, reserved items and products awaiting collection in coordination with Finance and Sales.
Verify newly purchased stock against supplier invoices and purchase documents.
Coordinate with management and Finance to ensure purchases are properly approved and recorded.
Prepare list of items under repair, reserved, missing or otherwise unavailable for sale.
Prepare monthly inventory summary by branch and product category.
Candidate should be able to travel to Mandalay Branch if needed, with meal and travel allowance.

Diploma or degree in related field; relevant experience can substitute for formal qualifications.
At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, warehouse administration or stock management.
Must have good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Trustworthy, organised, disciplined and comfortable following written procedures.
Able to communicate with sales staff, managers and accountants.
Jewellery or precious-stone industry experience is a preferrable.
