Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Supporting, reporting & coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders for executing the smooth disbursements, settlements, loan payments & cash in banking
• Support the interlinking of wallets with banks, cards & other third-party systems.
• Agents & Partners Accounts are onboard within the agreed turn-around time.
• Ensure complaints resolution on time and follow up if any delay in providing the resolution.
• Support in ongoing system enhancement change & UAT testing for ensuring that all requirements are designed & delivered as per the initiated.
• Ensure to provide & share the reconciliations and analysis report by daily, monthly in time of all relevant accounts.
• Follow up for any pending tasks to complete within defined SOPs/SLAs
• Ensure assigned daily operation activities are carried out in an appropriate and effective way.
• Maintain proper record keeping/archival of all related documents for audit trail.
• Provide operational support to Internal Teams & Corporate Clients for smooth operations.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned upon business expansion project requirements.

Education and Experience Requirement

• Good Educational background at Bachelor’s degree or Diploma related with Finance or IT
• Fresh graduates are also welcome and 1-2 years working experience is preferable
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet, MS excel and Office
• Basic knowledge of banking and cash management
• Basic 4 skills of English and Myanmar, especially in written and verbal communications
• Must be flexible & a team player

• Willing to work in shift duties
