Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

Work Location: 🏠 Mayangone Township
About the Role
We are seeking reliable, well-organised and proactive Personal Assistants to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support
  • Prepare documents, reports, correspondence and filing
  • Support operational workflows and follow-up tasks with internal teams and partners
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by management

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder preferred (business-related field an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative or assistant roles preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Able to multitask and work independently with initiative
  • Positive attitude, integrity and reliability

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Manager / Director / Senior Management
  • Familiar with office coordination and reporting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
