  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings. 
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. 
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls for the Director. 
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and confidential files. 
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders. 
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect data or information required by the Director. 
  • Maintain strong communication with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions. 
  • Plan and arrange meetings, conferences, and department events. 
  • Book venues, manage logistics, and handle travel arrangements for the Director.
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and priorities. 
  • Assist in financial project management and make timely updates.
  • Provide support on urgent tasks assigned by the Director.
