    • Develop seasonal and annual corn seed production plans
    • Plan parent seed, farm areas, and planting schedules
  • Operational Alignment
    • Ensure availability of bags, drying, processing, and storage capacity
    • Align all stages of the value chain to avoid delays
  • Capacity & Bottleneck Management
    • Monitor drying and processing capacity
    • Identify risks early and take corrective action
  • Process Management
    • Document and standardize key operational processes
    • Improve efficiency and reliability over time
  • Coordination
    • Work across production, supply chain, processing, and sales teams
    • Ensure all teams follow a single, realistic plan
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track progress (planting, harvest, processing)
    • Report risks, gaps, and required actions
