Preschool Head Of School (M/F - 1 Post)

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee the curriculum delivery, ensuring rigorous assessment standards and a focus on holistic student development.
• Oversee daily preschool operations, curriculum delivery, and classroom quality.
• Monitor child progress, learning outcomes, and parent communication.
• Provide professional development of teachers and staffs, and foster a collaborative environment for both local and expatriate staff.
• Collaborate with school leadership on planning, staffing, and improvement initiatives
• Manage schedules, routines, and compliance with school policies and procedures.
• Manage the school budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize educational outcomes and maintain facility standards.
• Act as the primary ambassador for the school, building strong relationships with parents, the NDG community, and relevant educational authorities.
• Ensure the highest standards of student welfare and compliance with Myanmar’s Ministry of Education regulations.

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification and/or professional leadership qualification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of School, Principal, or Vice Principal), preferably in an international or high-standard private school setting.

• Ability to drive pedagogical improvement and mentor teaching staff.
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Proficiency in Burmese is a significant advantage.
