DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Responsible for negotiating and purchasing goods and services from right and reliable vendors in accordance with company’s rules and regulations and guideline from senior management (overseas and local) 

· Assist the Manager in getting competitive suppliers  in terms of technically and commercially 

· Assist the Manager in the evaluation of product related data , the selection of vendors, and the negotiation of terms and pricing : 

1. gathering the reasonable quotation from the right suppliers (at least 3 ) for comparison purpose

2. negotiating with suppliers to follow required commercial terms and conditions  including payment and logistics terms 

3. negotiating with suppliers to follow required technical terms and conditions 

· Assist the Manager in negotiations of supplier contracts in line with the Global Procurement Guidelines and Global Commodity Strategies. 

· Assist the Manager in issuing purchase orders in alignment with the procurement process

· Support internal Sales & Marketing dept. for best value towards the end-users 

· Develop and maintain good business relationship with key vendors and keep updating the information upon their changes 

· Gather up-to-date trend of raw materials and monitor the supply chain of the existing suppliers 

· Go for survey and perform duties assigned for product related information 

BUYING PRODUCTS 

· House Electronics Products (Aircon, TV, Refrigerator, Rice Cooker, etc.) from Asia Countries mainly China

· A Bachelor Degree

· Must have at least (2) year experience 

· Follow the guidelines of the Senior

· Interested in purchasing and negotiation for best terms of purchase · Good Teamwork and interpersonal skills 

· Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation 

· Highest level of integrity with regards to confidential information. 

· Analytical, Problem-solving skill and Conceptual skill 

· Demonstrated flexibility and professionalism in dealing with the supplier · Computer proficiency
