  • Check all purchase requests, quotations, price comparisons, and approvals before issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Make sure vendors are properly registered and all required documents (licenses, bank details, contracts) are complete and valid.
  • Issue Purchase Orders according to approved prices, contracts, and company rules.
  • Check that invoice details match the PO and contract before sending to Finance for payment.
  • Keep all procurement documents (PR, PO, quotations, contracts, invoices) properly filed and stored in one central location.
  • Update records in the system or Excel accurately and on time.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing complete and well-organized documents.
  • Report any missing documents, price differences, or approval issues to the supervisor.
