We are looking for a creative and passionate Product Designer to join our design & development team. If you love bringing ideas to life through illustration, pattern design, and product development, this role is for you! You will work closely with our creative and production teams to design stunning visuals that reflect Bay Dar & Co.’s luxury and ethical brand identity.

• Create digital illustrations and unique design assets for products.
• Develop patterns (including textiles and repeat designs) and prepare production-ready artwork.
• Design packaging mock-ups that align with the company’s luxury and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Production teams on creative projects.
• Adapt designs for social media, website, and other marketing platforms.
• Work with artisans and production teams to ensure high-quality execution of designs.

• Background in Illustration, Product Design, or related creative field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design software.
• Open to exploring AI tools, Canva, and other digital platforms for efficiency.
• Passion for creativity, originality, and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new design methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Enthusiasm for handmade products, cultural heritage, and ethical branding.
