Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for both our agency's social media platforms and our clients.

The role involves shooting social media content, promotional videos, product videos, business advertisements, and small-scale commercial productions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Production

• Shoot engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

• Understand social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.

• Create visually appealing videos that align with marketing objectives.

• Shoot content for both agency branding and client accounts.

Camera & Equipment Operation

• Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, stabilizers, and other filming equipment.

• Understand camera settings, exposure, focus, framing, and composition.

• Properly operate gimbals and achieve smooth, professional camera movements.

• Understand lighting setups and use natural and artificial lighting effectively.

• Have basic knowledge of audio recording and microphone equipment.

Commercial & Promotional Shoots

• Handle small-scale commercial and advertising shoots for clients.

• Shoot product showcases, business introductions, promotional videos, and service advertisements.

• Understand different shooting styles and visual approaches depending on the client's brand.

• Manage basic shooting setups independently.

Creative Planning & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with content creators, creative writers, video editors, and marketing executives.

• Understand creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards before shooting.

• Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for improving video content.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams during production.

Production Management

• Ensure all footage meets the required quality standards.

• Organize and transfer recorded footage properly to the editing team.

• Maintain and take responsibility for camera and production equipment.

• Complete assigned shoots according to the production schedule.

• Minimum 2 years of professional videography or video production experience.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Must know how to operate professional cameras and understand camera settings.

• Hands-on experience using gimbals, stabilizers, lenses, and filming accessories.

• Good understanding of lighting techniques, exposure, framing, and composition.

• Ability to shoot smooth, cinematic, and engaging video footage.

• Experience in product videos, promotional content, and small commercial shoots.

• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to understand creative briefs and execute shooting concepts.

• Familiarity with microphones and basic audio recording equipment.

• Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

• Must have a portfolio or previous video production samples.
