About Us

We are a Japan-based startup building AI video generation tools powered by multimodal models. Our goal is to make high-quality video creation as intuitive as writing a prompt.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the core user experience of the product, from first-time onboarding to advanced editing workflows. This role is open to designers across a range of experience levels. What matters most is strong product thinking, attention to craft, and excitement about building in a fast-moving space.

What you’ll do

• Design user experiences for our AI video creation and editing web product
• Turn ambiguous product ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
• Work closely with founders, engineers, and product stakeholders to define and ship features
• Improve core workflows across creation, editing, iteration, asset management, and collaboration
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals in product decisions
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, interaction patterns, and overall product quality
• Use research, feedback, and product intuition to identify opportunities and refine designs
• Help shape not only how the product looks, but how it works

What we’re looking for

• Experience designing digital products, especially web apps or complex software tools
• Strong product thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows
• Ability to design end-to-end experiences, not just individual screens
• Good visual design fundamentals: typography, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction detail
• Comfortable working in Figma or similar design tools
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in AI-native product experiences and creative tools
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration in an early-stage environment

Nice to have

• Experience with video, media, creative, or editing tools
• Experience designing for AI-assisted workflows, generation tools, or human-in-the-loop systems
• Familiarity with design systems and frontend implementation constraints
• Experience working in startups or small product teams
• Interest in motion, storytelling, or creator workflows
