Job Summary
Join MX Company Limited in Mandalay as a Product Trainer (Assistant Level). This entry-level role supports product training, prepares materials, and helps ensure sales and internal teams understand product features, benefits, and usage clearly.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in delivering product training sessions for sales and internal teams.
● Prepare training materials, guides, and simple product presentations.
● Support onboarding by explaining product features, usage, and key selling points.
● Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and follow-up activities.
● Gather feedback from trainees and report learning gaps to the supervisor.
● Help maintain updated product knowledge and training documentation.

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
● 1 year of experience in training, sales support, or product presentation is preferred.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Able to organize tasks and support multiple training activities.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
● Willing to learn product details and travel within Mandalay if needed.
