  • Ensure to finish the production task on time according to the plan;
  • Ensure the production is cost effective, estimate cost and set the quality standard
  • Solve the problems in the production process in time;
  • Be responsible for the performance appraisal and management of production staff to realize the reasonable allocation of human resources;
