Supervise and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.

Review and approve engineering and construction drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.

Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure proper integration of all systems and design intent.

Prepare and review structural and civil engineering calculations, reports, and documentation.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Identify and resolve technical and construction issues in collaboration with project teams and contractors.

Ensure all works adhere to project schedules, budgets, and applicable codes and regulations.

Lead construction meetings to review progress, technical issues, and coordination requirements.

Verify quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project documentation.

Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, technical correspondence, and as-built documentation.

Support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion and handover of works.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering (or related field).

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or eligibility for registration preferred.

More than 5 years of experience in construction engineering, site supervision, or project management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Solid understanding of engineering codes, standards, and local construction regulations.

Experience reviewing and approving technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements and risk management practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.

High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to solve on-site technical challenges.

Experience managing or supporting large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
