•Carry out daily regular checks, preventive maintenance, and inspection activities for factory machines and equipment, including air compressors, generators, control systems, and testing equipment, in coordination with Maintenance Technicians.

•Coordinate with relevant departments to repair and rectify faulty equipment in a timely manner, ensuring minimum operational downtime and smooth production continuity.

•Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of office equipment and air-conditioning systems, and prepare and implement regular preventive maintenance schedules.

•Identify potential equipment issues, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

•Prepare and submit daily and monthly maintenance reports to the direct reporting manager, including maintenance status, breakdown records, and follow-up actions.

•Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

• Engineering Degree / Engineering Diploma ( Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of M & E services and building maintenance. 
• Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good computer skills. 
• Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly 
• Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure. 
• Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments 
• Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner.
