This position will be responsible for ensuring all the projects are well organized, planned and executed as per the plan by coordinating, communicating between Project Owners, stake holders & Cross Functional Teams, keeping track of the project progress and regularly reporting the project status to relevant stake holders.

Details Duties.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for the project assigned.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment and arrange project kick-off meetings and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
• Oversee and coordinate between various project Teams and monitor the project progress, track key milestones to ensure specific deliverables are met with quality and on time.
• Manage an overall tracking sheet/issues log for project and liaising with different stakeholders from other channels to keep document up-to-date, and following up where necessary, raising issues and addressing concerns raised by relevant stakeholders and identify the potential risk or delay.
• Responsible for regularly report to the various project teams and stakeholders for the project status and potential risk, issue and delays.
• Implement strategies to mitigate risks and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and deliverable.
• Supporting and collaborate with relevant stakeholders towards the achievement of the Business Goals and Target.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Line Manager

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field, PMP certification is a plus
• Minimum3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and project management tools and software
• Can clearly communicate via writing and/or verbally in both English and Myanmar
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
