Project Analyst- Credit Function will be responsible for providing the analysis and coordination support to project implementation, monitoring and controlling process including designing the reports, presentation and monitoring parameters.

• Lead the collection, validation, and analysis of data for assigned projects, providing insightful and actionable reports to support decision-making by senior management
• Monitor and drive project implementation progress, ensuring alignment with management directives, timelines, and expected outcomes; proactively escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders within the Credit Function and other departments, translating business needs into clear project requirements and ensuring effective execution
• Take ownership of project governance, including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, key risks, performance metrics, and recommendations
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Branch Operations, Risk, and other relevant teams) to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with overall business objectives
• Drive problem-solving initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing root causes, and implementing practical, sustainable solutions
• Support the Project Manager in strategic planning, prioritization of initiatives, and continuous improvement of project management processes within the Credit Function
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members (e.g., Project Coordinators), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of outputs
• Lead implementation role to achieve quarterly team challenges

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Business Management, Economics
• English (Communication Level)
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in project management role
• Proven ability to implement the assigned projects
• Core banking and credit products knowledge
