We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation Job fair Mandalay on 15-November-2026 at Mingalar Mandalay Hotel.

• Supervise electrical installation works, including conduit installation, cable routing, cable trays and trunking, electrical panels, cable termination, power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems, in accordance with approved drawings and Method Statements (MOS).
• Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and prepare or review technical submissions, including material submittals, sample boards, Method Statements, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with consultant and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on manpower, material planning, installation activities, inspections, and work schedules to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly progress reports, identify technical issues, risks, delays, and manpower constraints, and report them to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material and installation inspections, pre-commissioning checks, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure inspection comments are closed within three days and submit completed inspection documents to Head Office every Friday.
• Monitor material orders, deliveries, storage, usage, and withdrawal against approved quantities and actual site requirements to control wastage and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, electrical regulations, project specifications, and site safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support material cost control, variation claims, and project handover and close-out activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation or MEP construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, material management, and project progress monitoring.
• Familiarity with electrical inspections, testing and commissioning (T&C), QA/QC procedures, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of applicable local electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
